Head injuries or trauma are very delicate accidents because of the sensitive nature of what the head carries (the brain).

- Always watch out for doormats, bath mats and towels, to avoid throws and falls.
- Always ensure you keep the lights on everywhere around your home and fix handrails on all indoor and outdoor stairways and inclines to avoid or prevent head injury.
- Always ensure you place safety measures in your bathroom, like putting a mat in the bathtub to prevent a slip and always wipe up excess water after a shower.
- Always ensure you wipe up water spills immediately, in your kitchen, door entrance and most importantly, your laundry room to avoid falls and injuries.
- Always ensure your walkways or pathways are clear at all times to avoid serious falls and to prevent head injuries.
- Don’t forget to close the doors of cabinets or dishwashers quickly because it could result in an accident.
